Contract Summary
In summer 2025 the experiential artist collective Marshmallow Laser Feast will unveil a new interactive digital artwork at Kew Gardens, inspired by one of Kew's most magnificent trees. Opening to the public on Saturday 3 May, Of the Oak marks Kew's first-ever outdoor digital art commission. RBG Kew is looking to procure a Supplier to provide the staff team (experience ambassadors) who will encourage, explain and excite visitors about this new installation Of the Oak. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
