The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Wokingham Borough Councils are seeking suitably experienced providers to provide Building Maintenance (reactive and planned), Electrical and Mechanical Services to Council properties (corporate buildings) and educational establishments for a 3+1+1 year contract. The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead are acting as the lead authority for this procurement. All questions related to this procurement need to be directed via the e-procurement portal https://www.localgovsourcing.co.uk Additional information: How to Express an Interest in This Tender Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://www.localgovsourcing.co.uk and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure).
