The framework will be available to the members of LUPC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, and CPC. Members include higher education, further education, the wider public sector, and not-for-profit institutions. Lots under the framework will include Graduation gowns, for hire and purchase photography service (including media service) Virtual ceremony and one-stop-shop The framework agreement is estimated to commence in May 2022.
