The works shall comprise of: * Civils works to install new steps and ramp access, * Glazed bi-folding doors to the entrances off Bridge Street, * Structural alterations, removal of load bearing walls, * New joinery works, * Provision of an accessible toilet and kitchenette, * Alterations to provide new toilet facilities, * Electrical alterations, * Decorations. Site visits are a condition of tendering and dates will be published via the messaging portal. PLEASE NOTE: PORTAL MESSAGES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED BETWEEN 20TH DECEMBER 2024 TO 6TH JANUARY 2025.
