Bus Shelter Advertising Concession Agreement Additional information: The council is of the view that this contract is unlikely to fall within the scope of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, by reference to the Ocean Outdoor v London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham case. However it is, in any event, considered to be advantageous to advertise the contract on Contracts Finder in order to ensure that all operators in that market are aware of the opportunity.
