Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Monday 14th May at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. South Tees Site Company Ltd (STSC) has a requirement for a Framework to be introduced to allow safe removal of waste products from the site. The lots and waste removal breakdown can be seen below: Lot 1 Oils & greases Lot 2 Electrical and Electronic Equipment Lot 3 Chemicals Lot 4 Paints Lot 5 Refractory material Lot 6 Wood Lot 7 Tyres Lot 8 Highly-flammable material Lot 9 Tars Lot 10 Absorbents, filter materials, wiping cloths and protective clothing Lot 11 Coke Oven Gas Waste Lot 12 Insulation and asbestos-containing materials Lot 13 Construction and demolition waste Lot 14 General Waste Lot 15 Pressurised Containers STSC will appoint up to three suppliers per lot to deliver the framework. The Framework will be restricted to STSC use only to ensure availability for use when required to ensure no delays in the programme for waste removal. Bidders are permitted to bid for one or multiple lots. STSC intends to award three suppliers per lot following the tender process. Once the Framework is in place the intention is that all Call-Off's orders will be awarded based on mini competitions for each work package that is required. The scope of works for individual packages will be detailed in the work requirements on each mini competition, however the above template details what will be expected for the successful supplier once a call of has been completed. All future call offs will be awarded 100% on price as the quality criteria will have already been assessed at this stage. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the RFP document. Additional information: DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO BUYER All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts) Responses must be received by the date in the tender documentation; responses received outside of the deadline or not sent via the eSourcing portal will not be accepted or considered further for this opportunity. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by emailing expressionofinterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk. Your email must clearly state: * name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for; * name of the registered Bidder; * name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
