The study's scope includes to * document the current TNA solution, both from a business and systems point of view * identify high level requirements * assess the marketplace for suitable packages and solutions and appropriate routes to market * undertake a high-level gap analysis between the current system and TNA needs taking account of the products available in the market * provide a report recommending a way forward, including budgetary costs.
