Marquees at SHAPE Summer Fest 2022 Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting quotation bids from responsible and experienced marquee companies for a range of marquees at Sandwell Valley Park on 16th July 2022 for SHAPE Summer Fest. The SHAPE Summer Fest on average of 4,000 people and is primarily targeted at children and young people. The date for the facility to operate is 16th July 2022 Term Period The term Period for the marquees will be from Thursday 14 July 2021 until Monday 18 July 2022 Applicants are to bid for the individual items and provide a total cost on the attached pricing schedule. Applicants bids for a Similar product for Tipis will be considered. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents. To submit a quotation you will be required to 'Opt In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website.
