Notice Description

The Council would like to invite economic operators ("Tenderers") to submit a tender response ("the Tender") on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender ("ITT") for selection of a single Contractor ("the Supplier") to provide of a secure online database, with public access to Bereavement Services Records associated with Burials, Graves and Cremations ("the Services"), on an exclusive basis over the term in accordance with terms and conditions set out in Schedule 3 ("the Contract"). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
