Notice Description
Contract for the provision of installation and commissioning of comfort cooling in the Ringwood Council Offices, The Furlong, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1AT for New Forest District Council (NFDC) commencing 8 January 2018. The scope of works below is a summary only and is not intended to give a description of the whole works. The contractor must read the specification thoroughly to gain a full understanding of the design intent. The scope includes for the following: * Provide comfort cooling to the building as shown in the drawings outlined in section C 2.6.2 * Carry out all associated mechanical and electrical works along with any builder's work that is required. The duration of the works is 4 weeks. The successful supplier will be expected to commence the works on 8 January 2018 and finish the works by 29 January 2018. Additional information: Suppliers should search for the contract opportunity through South East Business Portal (ProContract). There are further details of the contract opportunity on the advert published on ProContract and instructions on how suppliers can access the procurement documentation for completion. Responses to the contract opportunity must be submitted electronically through ProContract before the deadline shown on the system.
