The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to upgrade Fire Detection to LD1 and replace existing electrical consumer units within Sheltered Housing Dwellings. 1. 1-46 James Court, This is a sheltered housing block consisting of 50 Dwellings (46 No. Internal Two bed dwellings and 4 No. External One bed dwellings) 2. 1-45 St Catherines Farm Crt, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 30 Dwellings (30 No.Internal One bed dwellings) 3. 8-56 Rylstone, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 32 Dwellings (20 No.Internal One bed dwellings and 12 No. External One bed dwellings) 4. 1-31 Wallis House, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 31 Dwellings (31 No. Internal One bed dwellings) 5. 1-42 Missouri Court, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 43 Dwellings (41 No.External One bed dwellings and 2 No.Internal One bed dwellings) 6. 25-95 The Bunting, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 36 Dwellings (36 No.One bed external dwellings) 7. 1-27 Michael Shersby House, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 40 Dwellings (27 No.One bed internal dwellings and 13 No External One Bedroom Dwellings) The works include, but not limited to the Design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional LD1 Fully Interlinked Fire Detection System & replace existing consumer unit within 226 No One Bed Dwellings and 46 No Two bed dwellings across 7 No Sheltered Housing Schemes. The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. No access to dwellings available during tender period Estimated duration 8 weeks
