Notice Description
Surrey and East Sussex County Councils and Brighton & Hove City Council have established a joint public sector partnership, Orbis, with the vision to develop an integrated business service offering to their staff and customers. Information Technology & Digital Service [IT&D], in Surrey County Council are reviewing the market for most appropriate software vendors to fulfil Orbis change management capabilities including: o Programme and Portfolio Management o Demand Management and Capacity and Resource Planning o Benefits Realisation Management Solutions need to enable and support business areas, such as Human Resources and Organisational Development, Property Services, Information Technology & Digital, Procurement, Finance and Business Operations in the implementation of a project, programme and portfolio discipline in Orbis to enable Key Objectives. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
