Notice Description

As a high achieving authority, Merton is single minded in its commitment to continuous improvement. Merton incorporates modern working practices that make the most effective and efficient use of office space and time. The organisation recognises that this will require IT infrastructure and systems that support excellent services. This includes the transition of customer interaction to online channels and self-service where possible. Whilst the Council is undergoing rapid transformation into the digital age, there is an increasing demand for the ad-hoc supply, maintenance and disposal of software, and hardware across the Borough. The Council is therefore looking to enter into a formal arrangement with a supplier, for the provision of Information Communication and Technology services on an ad-hoc basis.
