Notice Description

The scope of the upgrade works is to be for interior design and concept design of the mezzanine floor to be built within the terminal at the Frankies and Bennys site at London Luton Airport. Attached separately are early concept drawings. The scope of the works is to take RIBA Stage 2 concept designs and follow through the RIBA Stage process until Phase 5 (RIBA stage 7). It is to include finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures and equipment. The project is currently at phase 2 of the phasing process: Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
