This service will support business priorities in the following ways: Supporting the business to finalise the prioritised plan for the new implementation approach, associated engagement with key stakeholders and set up the mechanisms to drive and manage the plan and supporting tactical and strategic activity. We have now developed an approach to testing readiness and maturity of the organisation to accept change. This support will be needed to build on the results and feedback from the pilot testing and stakeholder engagement to proceed with full roll out. Supporting our engagement with senior leaders on the deliverability of the implementation plan and new approach, driving shared ownership and accountability for these initiatives and the successful embedding of change in the organisation.
