Notice Description

British Transport Police (BTP) is to upgrade bespoke telephony & radio recording systems which integrates with the SSS/Capita ICCS / DS3000, the existing hardware & operating system has been highlighted in an ITHC as a problem, with an upgrade required. The potential suppliers to supply and install replacement hardware for the Weston digital Symphony PA recorders, and to install the current Symphony PA software test recordings search playback & download, migrate existing recordings as necessary. This RFQ has been published 16th June with a deadline of 17:00 hrs 30th June. Please note the contract start date is estimated and to be confirmed. Installation must be completed, finalised no later than 31st July 2023 ; Support services for 12 months The RFQ contains full information about the requirement, including the specification and submission requirements which can be requested by contacting CommercialBuyingTeam@btp.police.uk
