Pre Market Engagement Telephony

Notice Description

Leicester City Council is considering options for the replacement of its Skype telephony installation due to the unsustainable increase in Microsoft licencing costs from February 2019. We are interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can supply all of the requirements including those for integration and interoperability with our current SBCs and replacement ACD. Before commencing a formal tender process, we are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. - The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification. We have attached an 'as is' process map of the current architecture in use, in Appendix A, and we would be keen to explore all suggestions.
