Telford & Wrekin Council requires a Client Money and Case Management solution for Public Authority Deputyship Teams (or similar). Implementation of a complete integrated client recording system for client money and case management for public authority deputyship and Appointee teams. It will need to bring together all aspects of work in one database and replace the use of spreadsheets, lone databases and paper files. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
