Road Marking Repair for Civil Parking Enforcement - Revised 2015

Notice Description

The works will comprise the supplying and laying of screed and sprayed and embossed thermoplastic and paint road markings materials to carry out remedial works to existing parking restriction road markings at various locations within the geographical boundary of the Wakefield Metropolitan District Council. Removal of relevant items is also required where necessary. The Contractor shall operate a Quality System complying with the current edition of Scheme No 7 of the Sector Schemes for Quality Management in Highway Construction - Application of Road Marking Materials & Road Studs to Road Surfaces. The Contractor shall hold and maintain a valid certificate of registration in the above scheme, issued by a UKAS accredited Certification Body.
