We are carrying out this soft market test potentially find a supplier to provide Mediation & Disagreement Resolution Service. This market test exercise is being undertaken to obtain the views of potential providers, and the information contained herein provides some detail on the potential requirements of the Short Break service. Note that whilst all returns will be treated as confidential your feedback and suggestions may form part of the final specification / tender to ensure an open, fair and transparent process is followed. Any comments which you consider to be commercial in confidence or part of your unique selling point should be clearly indicated in your response. Participating in this soft market test will neither prevent you from submitting nor require you to submit a bid during the subsequent formal procurement process. we are looking for an independent and impartial Mediation & Disagreement Resolution service to meet the legislative requirements of the Council in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years 2015. The Service shall additionally provide information and advice about the Disagreement Resolution and Mediation process to Parents, Carers and Children or Young People and assist Service Users to understand the information they may need to apply to their own situation. The Service shall be at no charge to the Service Users to access the service.
