This Contract is to appoint a contractor for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of a new Access Control System (ACS) incorporating Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), 2 stage access verification and ICT web based permit system at 19 locations in Manchester City Centre, as well as the decommissioning of all existing bollards and associated equipment at 15 locations.
