PAN2942 - ITT for a Concession for Enforcement and Debt Collection Services
Notice Description
Leicester City Council invites Tenders for a Concession for the provision of Enforcement and Debt Collection Services using a common specification to cover the following categories:- * Council Tax and Business Rates (including Business Improvement District levy) * Parking Services & Moving Traffic Enforcement to include all Parking Penalty Charge Notices issued via Camera Device Enforcement or by a Civil Enforcement Officer. * Sundry Debts (these are all other debts not described above, e.g. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs). The proposed Concession will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two years. Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation. Submissions must be received via the EastMidsTenders portal: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/index.html by 12:00 noon on 1 July 2024 at the very latest. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted. Any queries/questions regarding this opportunity must be received via the ProContract portal only, otherwise they will not be responded to.
