Notice Description

1.1 Bristol City Council is looking for an experienced contractor to carry out external repairs at Chalcroft House, Lower Sidney Street, Ashton Gate, BS3 1SP. These works will include: Remedial works to areas of defective internal plaster walls at ground floor flats. Remedial repair works to defective plaster ceilings at ground and 10th floor. Remedial works to boiler room ceiling. Roof maintenance and minor repairs. Mortar repairs. Render repairs. Window maintenance ease and adjustment and sealant works. Renew glazed curtain walling to stairs. Plaster repairs External decoration works. Curtilage cleaning works. Additional information: Bristol City Council are seeking quotations from qualified and suitable contractors to carry out external repairs & Chalcroft House in the Ashton Gate area of Bristol.
