Notice Description
Summary of requirements The Commission is seeking to appoint contractor/s for a range of facilities services for its location in the 3rd Floor of Arndale House, Arndale Centre Manchester. These services include : Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Extinguisher Maintenance, Compliance checks, Electrical Pat, ZIP water boiler/water chiller checks including filter changes, Maintenance of air conditioning unit in the data centre, Emergency lighting maintenance and checks, Lighting maintenance, Water and temperature checks - Legionella Gas suppression and water detection data centre, Electrical, plumbing and building fabric repairs, Access control maintenance, Security and panic alarm maintenance, CCTV maintenance, Automated door maintenance (GEZE doors), Periodic internal window & glazed partition cleaning Office & meeting room areas (only) cleaning, Office general / recycled Waste removal http://www.equalityhumanrights.com/about-us/about-commission/procurement-opportunities
