Sheffield's Working supports people facing the greatest barriers, especially those with disabilities, long-term health conditions (including mental health), and Ex-Offenders to move into the right sort of work with fair terms and conditions staying in work and progressing with their careers. This invitation to quote is for a Rail Track training course for Ex-offenders who are participants of the Sheffield's Working employment programme.. The aim of the Rail track training course is to: * Provide a 3 week programme for at least 12 clients in March 2019. * Work with Ex-Offender clients from the Sheffield's Working Programme * Completing clients to: o Industry Common Induction (ICI) o Personal Track Safety AC/DCCR o Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) o Environmental, Asbestos & Hand Arm Vibration Awareness o First Aid At Work o Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) o Overhead Line Equipment Construction (OLEC1) o Sentinel Card (Network Rail access card to working on the railway)
