GSV1627-PROVISION OF CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME

Notice Description

House of Commons and the House of Lords wish to procure a supplier to administer a Cycle to Work Scheme. The House of Commons intends to continue to provide its above salary sacrifice scheme whereby it will loan cycles and cyclist's safety equipment as a tax free benefit to its employees. The service is to be provided at no cost to the authority. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with 2 additional optional extensions of 1 year each. Contract start date is anticipated as being September 2017. Additional information: The ITT documentation will be accessible at the Houses of Parliament's e-procurement portal: http://in-tendhost.co.uk/parliamentuk. Tender submissions must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal; electronic responses submitted via e-mail are not acceptable. To access these documents select the tender reference GSV1627 in the 'current tenders' list, click on the 'view tender details' and express interest by clicking on the button provided. You will need to register your company details, thereafter you will be issued with a username and password.
