Wokingham: Sports facilities operation
Notice Description
The Council wishes to appoint a leisure operator to operate and maintain the Council's leisure facilities and to work with the Council constructively during any periods of upgrade, new build or refurbishment during the term of the contract. It is anticipated that the contract will be for 10 years with the option for a further 5 years if it can be demonstrated that this represents value for money for the Council. It is envisaged that the leisure operator will take full responsibility for all maintenance, service contracts and repairs. During the life of the contract there may be additional facilities that are not currently planned. Additional information: Access to the procurement documents is restricted. An email requesting data room access to Beverley.thompson@wokingham.gov.uk will result in an email with a link to the Dropbox data. This notice is linked to OJEU notice 2017/S 072-137130.
