Provision of Recording and Transcription Services
Notice Description
To accurately record the proceedings of the Boundary Commission for England public hearings. The Supplier will be expected to provide as an output a recorded digital video file for each of the 32 (approx) hearings, in a common-standard format that can be easily uploaded and viewed as both: a) an embedded video on the website of the BCE; and b) a video on YouTube. Each such file must be provided to BCE within 24-36 hours of the public hearing to which it relates.
