Notice Description

The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL), in return for paying a hire fee require a concessionaire to plan, promote and produce a series of annual winter events including the possibility of the provision of a Fireworks style event for up to 40,000 people and a New Year's Eve private hire event to hold between November and January of each year - This is for these months only and not for any other times of year. Location is Brockwell Park London. Contracts are for a 4-year period commencing 2022, with a possible 1-year extension. The full requirement is described in detail within the Statement of Requirements. Tender documents are available to download from EU-Supply, registration on EU-Supply is required, Submission of completed and signed Form of Tender, Responses to Method statements and Pricing document is required. Consideration will also be giving to bids from suitable consortia.
