Notice Description

A concession for a premium apparel/accessories retail concept from Unit 26B The concessionaire will be required to fit out the Unit at its own cost, including the installation of sprinklers and air conditioning, if required, to a specification and design to be agreed by LLA. The intended start date of the concession still to be advised but will be in the first quarter of 2018. The concession will be for a term of 5 years. Thank you for taking part in this tender. Additional information: Please note that tender documents have been attached to the document stage and additional documents have been issued through the clarifications tab. Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
