Notice Description

Northampton Borough Council (the 'Council') and its partner trust are seeking to appoint an experienced conservation contractor to undertake an extensive programme of repairs, alterations and improvements to Delapre Abbey, a Grade 2* listed building located in the Borough of Northampton. The approximate value of the works is between GBP 3 000 000 and GBP 4 000 000. (This figure is indicative only and does not guarantee any level of expenditure.) This tender will follow a single stage procurement route. For the final contract Northampton Borough Council will be using a JCT 2011 Standard Building Contract with Quantities and CPD (Contractor's Designed Portion).
