Notice Description

Solent LEP, via it's accountable body Portsmouth City Council, is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The Solent LEP is inviting proposals from consultancies with proven experience and expertise in the review and assessment of funding applications for projects and, where relevant, business case compliance with HM Treasury Green Book guidance. The focus of work required will be on the due diligence of strategic cases, financial, economic, and commercial and management cases made for investment, with a particular focus on deliverability, finances, consents and achievement of outcomes / outputs. In addition, it is important that the LEP is able to demonstrate high value for money of its investments in accordance with HM Treasury Green Book and, through the full business case, there will be a need for the due diligence to assess value for money within the context compliance with existing Departmental appraisal guidance. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
