Locomotion Exit Surveys - AWARD

Notice Description

The Science Museum Group wishes to appoint a Supplier to provide 150 face-to-face interviews at Locomotion railway museum (near Shildon in County Durham) per calendar month. This would be approx. eight days of interviewing (between 11am and 5pm) over a mix of school holidays, weekends and weekdays per month for each of the nine months July 2023 to March 2024. The questionnaire has been created by the Science Museum Group using Snap Online. The agency is expected to provide interviewers with tablets able to access the online survey. All of our museums have free Wi-Fi available, but Snap Online also works independently of being online, with the interviewer able to upload completed interviews once an internet connection is established. Interviewing to start as soon after 1st July 2023 as possible.
