The Council is seeking to award a framework to provide Road Closure Stewards, Car Parking and Park and Ride Stewards and Visitor Crowd Management Stewards and Security. This is a notice for Administrative social, educational, healthcare and cultural services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU/Article/74. These services are within the scope of Schedule 3 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 No 102 and are therefore subject to the "light touch" public procurement regime in accordance with Section 7 of the 2015 Regulations. .
