The space will be split between open plan offices and specialist laboratories (Power Electronics, RF/Microwave, Photonics/Sensors an Advanced Packaging). This opportunity concerns the supply of Project Management Services for pre construction and construction, including: * Project Management * Quantity Surveyor * Planning Consultant * CDM Principle Designer * Local Authority Planning * Procurement Management * Contract Administration The successful supplier will oversee the following disciplines: * Design team * Building Services * Others as required.
