Notice Description

The Ministry of Health in Ethiopia is looking for a supplier / suppliers of reusable branded cloth face masks and 250ml plastic bottles of hand sanitiser. Crown Agents Limited, as leader of the consortium managing ASCEND, now invites bids from suitably qualified Bidders to be engaged as vendor to supply these items for Ministry of Health in Ethiopia. The Contract will be for a period of approximately 1 week, in late February 2021. The Goods are required urgently in Ethiopia and delivery will be required on a DAP basis to three destinations within Ethiopia. This is an open competition under which bids are invited from any organisation. Bidders may be commercial (for profit) firms, faith-based, and non-profit organisations, either independently or in partnership or consortia. The full Request for Quotation (RFQ) document is available on request from sarah.kowenicki@uk.crownagents.com. When requesting the RFQ, please ensure that your email contains the RFQ reference number above in the subject line. The deadline for submission of bids is Monday 22nd February 2021. Bids must be submitted electronically and samples are required to be sent to Ethiopia in accordance with instructions contained in the RFQ. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with procedures and evaluation criteria described in the RFQ. The successful bidder will be invited to negotiate and sign a contract based on terms set out in the RFQ.
