As part of the IWM's commitment to providing support to our staff we are commissioning the provision of support in developing and maintaining colleague resilience when working with graphic and disturbing materials in the IWM's collection, we require the development and delivery of training workshops in the following areas; Line Manager Training Training for colleagues working with the collections Training for colleagues supporting visitors to the museum The successful supplier must be able to demonstrate considerable experience of working in this area and have an in-depth understanding of the issues around PTSD. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
