Notice Description

Ofcom requires support and advice in the design of a of an end-to-end digital business support service to support SMEs and other businesses in scope of the Online Safety Bill with compliance, and in the creation of a digital capability roadmap to build, test, deliver and iterate such a service. In order to best design and deliver the support service, we expect the successful tenderer to complete the following work: * A service design recommendations report and associated design prototypes; and * A capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development This will involve: * Participation in user research * Translation of user research insights into actionable plans * Developing solutions and prototyping * Online safety service design recommendations * Capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development * Strategic advice in alpha and beta
