Notice Description
Chilton Parish Council (the 'Council') seeks an Invitation to Quote (ITQ). It is for a qualified, experienced Service Provider. They must design, supply, and install infrastructure, including a playground, in a community green space in Chilton, Buckinghamshire (the 'Service'). We invite organisations to submit an ITQ, a Proposal, and a Price for the above requirement. Attached are the following documents. They may form the basis of any contract the Council awards for the services. Documents for Information: * Document A: Instructions for Prospective Suppliers * Document B: Specification * Document C: Evaluation Criteria * Document D: Draft Terms & Conditions * Document I: ITQ Submission Checklist Documents for Completion and Submission: * Document E: Suppliers Proposal * Document F: Suppliers Price * Document G: Suppliers Details * Document H: Suppliers Declaration on Collusive Tendering The full timeline for the Service is in Section 5 of Document B (Specification). Please note, your ITQ must be received by 11.59pm on Monday 3rd March 2025. You can send completed ITQs (Documents E to H) in English only to Cllr Stephen Pinel, the Vice-Chair of the Council, at Stephen.pinel@chiltonpc.org.uk.
