Notice Description

The vision of the Mentoring Academy digital platform and training and support package is an easy to access and use virtual space that: 1. Is Mayor of London Branded and in the design style of the Mentoring Quality Framework 2. Can integrate and deliver high quality volunteer training 3. Allows easy communication and support for new mentors - to confirm volunteer appropriateness for mentoring roles and reduce attrition 4. Can provide reporting, including demographics, on mentors engaged, trained and matched with mentoring organisations. 5. Supports the introduction and handover of trained volunteer mentors to our existing mentoring organisations (for further specialist training and matching) This procurement has been divided into two contracts o Contract 1 : Delivery of volunteer mentor training and support o Contract 2: Delivery of a digital platform o Organisations may bid for both contracts through partnership, consortia or subcontracting models. * Contract is expected to be awarded by December 2023 and the platform, a draft training programme and volunteer support package must be ready for initial review by Jan 24 * The contract will run from award for two years. * The providers of contracts 1 and 2 must work together to achieve joint milestones.
