Notice Description

Worcester City Council is inviting tenders for its Electrical Services and Minor Works Contract. The Service is a series of small works orders for reactive response maintenance, and some minor planned works. The service to be provided comprises of the following:- A - Regular Portable Appliance testing in approximately 15 properties as instructed by the Council. (Our testing does not generally include EICR testing although may be required in individual cases on request) B - Reactive maintenance and repair according to a priority assigned by the Council C- Planned maintenance up to a maximum value of PS25,000 per order, (subject to quotation and acceptance by the Client as of Best Value*). D - Minor works projects up to a maximum value of PS25,000 per order, (subject to quotation and acceptance by the Client as of Best Value*). E - Out of hours Emergency Works. [*Alternative quotations may be sought if the cost of the works are deemed to be excessive] The works are defined as electrical servicing works. This procurement is being carried out under a two stage process and Bidders are only required to complete the Selection Questionnaire at this initial stage. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents Additional information: The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website.
