Notice Description

The City of London Corporation would like to be an employer that - Offers a competitive package in each of the sectors we cover; - Provides a fair approach around working patterns, location of work and pay which recognises when people go the extra mile or deliver outstanding performance; - Operates in a transparent and consistent way in relation to remuneration; - Actively facilitates an inclusive and diverse workforce and working environment, reflecting the different stages of life and needs our staff have outside of work as well as at work and supporting our ESG commitments including social mobility and EDI; - By default has demonstrably considered how to minimise or eliminate equal pay, pay gap or indirect discrimination issues within our pay, reward and terms and conditions offer; - Has an agile system and set of processes to enable us to adjust when needed, in consultation with staff groups and Trade Unions; - Provides meaningful jobs and career opportunities where people are supported to progress. To enable the above we have considered some starting questions which we are looking for a company to assist us in reviewing, with the intention that options for new reward and grading systems are provided for consideration by the Corporation and our Members.
