Station End Equipment - Hardware, Support and Installation
Notice Description
Norfolk County Council and Hertfordshire County Council have a need to procure station end hardware, support and potentially installation for their respective fire and rescue services. This procurement is being led by Norfolk County Council on behalf of the two Council's. Bidders are only required to complete the questions in this Invitation to Tender once to cover both Council's. The winning bidder will be awarded one contract with Norfolk County Council and one with Hertfordshire County Council i.e. this will not be a 3 way contract. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc/aspx/BuyerProfiles. Once registered you will be able to see the procurement project under the 'tenders' section and 'express an interest' to view the documentation. Delivery Notes This contract is estimate PS900,000. Contract is for 3 years from operational go live date with the right to extend by a further 2 years.
