Notice Description

Merseytravel requires a managed bureau service to encode, produce and distribute approximately 145,000 ITSO smartcard concessionary travel passes annually, for a 4-year period (with an optional 2 year extension) commencing in June 2019. Required services include * Encoding, producing and distributing ITSO customer media devices; * A flexible agreement for the supply of ITSO certified blank white DESFire cards; * Secure data transfer in compliance with GDPR 2018 and Data Protection Law; * Printing and distribution of personalised covering letters and information leaflets; and * Stock management and control of all components of the contract including card media including issuing of ISRN numbers.
