University of Derby Online Learning: Growth Initiative
Notice Description
University of Derby Online (UDOL) is a leader in online education and has been established for almost two decades. Over 100 part-time courses are provided which are specifically designed for online study. https://www.derby.ac.uk/online https://www.derby.ac.uk/online/studying-online/about/ UDOL is on a growth trajectory and we have the ambition to accelerate this growth. We have sector leading KPI's around conversion through our sales pipeline but we don't have the modern tools to understand the journey our customers undertake to enrol with us.. So how do we know how to grow effectively and efficiently? We know our competitors are moving at pace to take advantage of the opportunity that online learning provides and we mustn't be left behind. The University of Derby are seeking help from a professional marketing organisation in identifying opportunities to increase student income, and to identify anything which may be limiting their growth.. Ultimately, the University wishes to accelerate the growth of UDOL and gain/retain competitive advantage.
