Key requirements & Outputs Can draw data from our Estates workflow system (QFM) Enables allocation of timed tasks to individual porters or portering supervisor for allocation Shows productivity time for each porter on duty per shift and shift total down time Manager's reports and tailored report capacity Shows tasks per area of request Jobs logged by requester or Help desk or controller Jobs logged at ward/department level through an online portal (Optional) I pads/handhelds for shift managers/controllers to manage shift and jobs logged Map site and porters location (desirable) Job need to be able to be booked and recorded electronically by requester Operational Requirements & Set Up Works from radios and or handhelds (radios preferable) Mobilisation costs stated and capped Cost of ongoing system maintenance (annual cost) stated Options and connectivity stated User friendly data integration and report production facility, searches by porter, shift ,department ,type of job Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
