The Provider will: - Provide 24/7 monitoring and alarm response - Provide 24/7 maintenance with an SC-cleared onsite engineer within the agreed 4 hour SLA - Carry out back office activity, including call handling, ensuring asset register is updated, and access to Manage Centre Portal - Provide quarterly service reports, focusing on software version upgrades, MACDs, Patches, and SLA achievement - Carry out repairs if instructed by The Contracting Authority within the agreed 4 hour SLA - Carry out emergency repairs within the agreed 4 hour SLA
