Notice Description

Cheshire East Council (CEC) has an existing Dynamics CRM SCE Agreement that is due to expire on 28th February 2018. Main users of the licences include contact centres, private sector housing, waste services and revenues teams. The Council is seeking the provision of a new Microsoft Dynamics Licence Agreement for a period of three years from 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2021 using the Cloud Transformation Agreement (CTA) between Microsoft and the Government Procurement Service. The Council will enter into a Server Cloud Enrolment agreement (SCE), including Software Assurance. The price will be fixed for three years, allowing the Council to increase or decrease the usage as appropriate on the anniversary. To summarise the scope the Cheshire East Council ICT Service Delivery team have identified the current licence state and required licence functionality.
