The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to upgrade Fire Detection to LD1 and replace existing electrical consumer units within Sheltered Housing Dwellings. 1. 1-32 Ascott Court, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 39 Dwellings (32No. Internal One bed dwellings and 7No. External One bed dwellings) 2. 1-30 Barden Court, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 30 Dwellings (30 No.Internal One bed dwellings) 3. 24-39 Roberts Close, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 64 Dwellings (16No. Internal One bed dwellings and 48 No. External One bed dwellings) 4. 1-32 Barr Lodge, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 47 Dwellings (32 No.Internal One bed dwellings & 15No External OPne Bed Dwellings) 5. 1-29 Sibley Court, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 29 Dwellings (29 No.Internal One bed dwellings) 6. 1-30 Mandela Court, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 41 Dwellings (30 No. Internal One bed dwellings and 11No External One Bed Dwellings) The works include, but not limited to the Design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional LD1 Fully Interlinked Fire Detection System within 63 external dwellings & replace existing consumer unit within 250 No one bed Dwellings across 6 No Sheltered Housing Schemes. The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. No access to dwellings available during tender period Estimated duration 8 weeks
