Notice Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking for a photographer to provide customers with photographic merchandise and digital prints at its annual ice rink in Calverley Grounds. The contract term will be an initial 1 year with a possible four annual extensions (1+1+1+1+1), extension subject to annual review. This year's event will run from December 1st, 2023 - January 1st 2024. If future events go ahead the ice rink will open and close at a similar time. The Ice Rink has been running in Calverley Grounds for 12 years. Last season (2022-23) it attracted 43,004 skaters, with increased footfall to the area from visitors watching the skaters or who just come along to take in the festive atmosphere. Anecdotally, footfall was excess of 80,000 for the period.
